There aren't any citations! But I can't remember the citation tag! MBerrill 21:15, 27 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This is an extremely poor article full of nonsense, a candidate for deletion. Just look at the Mafia article and compare that to the rubbish published here. - Mafia Expert 18:15, 21 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Just because it's no good at the moment, isn't a reason to delete the article - although any nonsense within it certainly should be removed. There's potentially a good "gateway" article in here somewhere. FlagSteward (talk) 16:11, 13 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Why is the Corsican Mafia posted on the Italian Organized crime page? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.67.97.68 (talk) 13:18, 13 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

ANONIMA SEQUESTRI was not an organized crime!!![edit]

with the journalistic term anonima sequestri was called the phenomena of kidnappings in sardinia, it wasn't an organized crime, but the action of non organized group of bandits, every time different, without a hierarchic organization. this term is referred only to the bandits who commited kidnappings in sardinia, and sometimes in italian peninsula toward millionaires! futher anonima sequestri was related with anarchist, communist and some indipendentist movements of sardinia, as a source to finance the political subversion groups on the island (in the 70's and early 80's), moreover anonima sarda didn't infiltrate in social life, in Politics and in economy, differently of mafia organizations in italian peninsula or sicily!

bytheway i'm curious to know where in italy and in europe is spread the anonima sequestri, being a phenomena ended by years, and limited only in the pastoral society of mountainous regions of sardinia in the past????

it's a great mistake compares the phenomena of kidnappings in sardinia with mafia organizations of italy!

" i recommend to the user that have written those rubbish, to read the book "Perché non c'è la mafia in Sardegna" Autore: Arlacchi Pino Editore: AM&D Genere: scienze sociali Argomento: sardegna-società Collana: Agorà Pagine: 152 ISBN: 8895462009 ISBN-13: 9788895462004 Data pubbl.: 2007"

moreover is very misleading say that Camorra was born in sardinia in the middle ages(in sardinia doesn't exist camorristic organizations), where are the references??? probably in sardinia was born only the "term" camorra.

Plagiarism[edit]

This page is nearly identical to the FBI page on the Italian Mafia here: http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/investigate/organizedcrime/italian_mafia 66.201.55.3 (talk) 18:36, 29 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I'm seeing this page over a year after the person above and the massive plagiarism is still in place. It really is virtually the entire article. I'm not entirely familiar with the Wikipedia procedure for dealing with this level of plagiarism. A more knowledgeable editor should intervene. I see two options: delete the article or re-write it from scratch. 76.10.147.176 (talk) 03:56, 21 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Conflicting claims about Camorra[edit]

There are two different claims in the first paragraph about Camorra. One claim has a citation and the other does not, however this alone does not mean it is false. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Squeedle (talkcontribs) 22:52, 5 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
