"Nucleofuge" is not obsolete[edit]

I hate making flyby edits. "Nucleofuge" and "Electrofuge" appear in Anslyn & Dougherty. _Modern Physical Organic Chemistry_ 2006. University Science Books. pp 540, &al. I think this is recent enough and high profile enough to be 'current'. So, I thought I would modify that line. Please forgive me if it's retention is preferred. However, the page looks lonely, and I don't think there will be any objections. Gaedheal (talk) 00:18, 8 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Typo or not?[edit]

Is 'fugetive' meant to be 'fugitive'? Or is it a source word for fuge from some other language? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.136.22.230 (talk) 16:48, 17 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Nucleofuge vs leaving group[edit]

To the best of my understanding, and according to this article, 'Nucleofuge' and 'Leaving group' are synonyms. Why do they have two separate articles? 185.175.35.246 (talk) 11:39, 11 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]
