German co-production?[edit]

Sourced by Lumiere as a German co-production. Maybe include this in the main page?[1] Daerl (talk) 05:47, 8 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

A late update but it appears Germany was removed as a country of production from the source, so disregard this. Daerl (talk) 07:44, 27 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the move request was: moved. (closed by non-admin page mover) The Night Watch (talk) 15:52, 19 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Nomadland (book) certainly isn't non-notable as a book, but the movie is a Best Picture winner and vastly higher in page views even recently. Seems like an obvious primary topic to me.
And even if this request is declined, the disambiguation page seems wholly unnecessary to me. It only contains two pages which are the book and the movie. That could be accomplished with hatnotes if it's really wanted, but I think it's already so convenient to navigate between the two that even that shouldn't be necessary either. Note: pages with content, such as Nomadland, are ineligible to be new titles in move requests unless they, too, are dispositioned. NomadlandDeleted to pave the way has been added to this request to meet that requirement. Also, "even if this request is declined", then there is no PTOPIC and a disambiguation page is needed per WP:TWODABS. P.I. Ellsworth , ed. put'er there 17:16, 12 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. This definitely seems like a case where the movie made from the book is the primary topic. Add hatnote to the film once moved. Skynxnex (talk) 15:04, 12 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support based on the page views. Adumbrativus (talk) 16:38, 12 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per nomination, Skynxnex and Adumbrativus. The Best Picture winner is indeed primary over the book. No need for the two-entry disambiguation page. —Roman Spinner (talkcontribs) 17:34, 12 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support: the film gets 10-15 times the usage of the novel [1]. – Uanfala (talk) 21:55, 14 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
