I dont think this article is upto standards.... How could someone discuss NOS without even referring to "vasodilation"

bacterial NOS[edit]

Should also be noted that many bacteria have related nitric oxide synthase genes. The NO produced helps them to withstand various chemical attacks. Ivan Gusarov, et al. Science 325, 1380 (2009);DOI: 10.1126/science.1175439
