This is a lousy bio, full of holes. Tried improvement by adding the standard section headings per WP:BIO and dates, which point out how incomplete this bio is. was superspeedily reverted by User:Super Dromaeosaurus with the haughty remark "not an improvement". Firstly drop the condescending tone or this is the last message you will see from me. There are no such thing as standard section headings. You cited a general policy including several recommendations as a supposed proof of this instead of directly sending such a recommendation, but the whole policy you sent doesn't say anything about standard section headings anyway. And dates are precisely rarely included in section headings. I invite you to go through FA biographical articles [1], you will see most articles do not include dates in the section headings.
Your edits were not informational improvements, they were cosmetic changes of your preference. I removed them because you created a short two-sentence long section and because the dates you added didn't even match Wikipedia recommendations (comma instead of parentheses, hyphen instead of en dash). i've added a controversy tab for Nicolae Ciuca seeing how he has amassed quite a list from plagirizing from making a fake battle to propel his career.
