Neo-Grec[edit]

Oxford Dictionary of Architecture defines "Neo-Gec" as a Neoclassical style of the 2nd Empire in France, and a "style that enjoyed a vogue in America, and a short-lived impact on interior design in England and elsewhere". The content of this article, with only a single source to support it, seems to be expanding that definition vastly beyond what is supported. Agreed. In the United States, the Neoclassical (Empire / Greek Revival) and the Neo-Grec (2nd Empire / early Aesthetic Movement) are different styles. This article's whole "Decorative Arts in Brtiain" section seems to be a history of Neoclassicism. == BoringHistoryGuy (talk) 17:57, 13 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
