Agreed, I put in the links, but I was surprised to see the speedy deletion notice appear, as I have no interest whatsoever in the NTL other than that it has cropped up in my attempts to research the post-war development of psychiatry in Britain and the US. It seems to me that this organisation is similar to the Tavistock Institute, and many others, as having been set up by key players in psychiatry. The fact that it was set up specifically in response to a request from state heads for solutions to the racial problem in America makes it an important part of history. If we can have a page on Dolby (which is an active company!) and Tavistock institute, we must surely have a page for this.

Please note that the current content was put up hastily in an attempt to get rid of the (too rapid) notice that proposed speedy deletion because it was too short! like many users I find my log-on to Wikipedia gets broken frequently, and this makes it advisable to edit in small chunks and consolidate slowly. These automatic notices frustrate such attempts. I intend to improve the text in time, as I build other associated pages, but I find it useful to put a stub in place and then work on it (thus inviting input from others).
