Buffalo split suggestion[edit]

Buffalo accounts for 40% (rough eyeball estimate) of the entries here, and is the second largest city in New York. It deserves and requires its own list (If Poughkeepsie has its own list, Buffalo should as well). Daniel Case (talk) 17:53, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, Poughkeepsie with 91 NRHPs is bigger than Buffalo, and Dutchess County's list with 238 NRHPs including Poughkeepsie was over or would have been approaching the 100k suggested size limit for wikipedia articles, while Erie is only at 40k or so. I somewhat prefer not to split up NRHP list articles unless necessary for filesize reasons, partly because having more covered in a single associated Google map is more useful. Buffalo doesn't need to be split out of the Erie County list for size reasons yet, IMO, although if pics and description were added that could change. Error in one listing: Trinity Episcopal church one[edit]

Sorting the list by date added exposes one apparent error: a Trinity Episcopal Church is listed with date 02009-02-28 February 28, 2009, which hasn't yet happened. I checked in last 2 weeks' new listings. I checked Elkman infobox generator (which would cover it if it was listed February 2008). doncram (talk) 20:22, 16 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
