Deletion[edit]

Am deleting 'Incomplete' tag on list of locomotives. It wouldn't be appropriate to give a complete list here as it would duplicate the already-existing List of locomotives in the UK National Collection to which there is a link. Camboxer (talk) 09:28, 19 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Online Connections[edit]

The National Railway Museum has a working relationship in the form of a presence on the National Preservation forums. Members and Readers are able to talk and comment directly to members of the staff. Providing both feedback and constructive criticism, a valuable source of information for the museum. All six A4's together - image please?[edit]

All six of the A4s are side by side in the great hall of the Museum 26 Oct - 11 Nov 2013. I only had my phone with me and couldn't get a good photo. Can anyone get us a good photo for Wikipedia? Very tricky. We were there for the earlier "Great Gathering". Unless you shell for one of the photographer sessions - we did not - the hall is completely full of people, and there is no good vantage point from which to get a view of the A4s which is not obstructed by the crowd. Yes I agree. The right hand end of the gallery, top of steps (i.e. outside the glassed-in bit) is accessible and possibly the best vantage point to get all 6 locos in shot if you don't have a wide-angle lens. But you've still got the crowd there. Although perhaps there is also a place for the crowd shot here, because it shows just how important these engines are to the public. I did get a picture from inside the glassed-in section but did not get time to go around to the right-hand open bit at the top of the stairs, so my image is blurry (haven't uploaded it).--Storye book (talk) 06:55, 31 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Updated Museum Logo[edit]

The logo must first be uploaded to Wikipedia along with the appurtenant use license before it may be added to the article. The COI editor may use the File Upload Wizard to accomplish this.
After the file and license are uploaded, the COI editor should return to this page along with the uploaded file name and submit a new edit request.
