Question about this feed[edit]

The channel is solely available in Arabic, with no possible methods of switching audio language to English or any other language. Is this actually sort of a rip-off from the EMEA variant of the channel? Because that sentence shows that there is an actual English track but inaccessible for the rest of the audience.
