The 4th paragraph refers to the "U.S. Code of Ethics", which I'm pretty sure should be the "United States Code". The quotation appears to be 36 USC 142; if so, the citation is incompletely stated. The link in the Notes section is OK (except for formatting). An alternate link would be to the Office of the Law Revision Counsel, U.S. House of Representatives; that URI is ^[1]

Federal ?[edit]

An American friend of mine was surprised when she found out Feb 1st is a holiday and that was the cause for her credit card not getting credited, and I tracked the Day to this article. The article doesn't say if it's a federal holiday Feb 1st from now on, or if it's a federal holiday at all without going back tens of years.
