Jayanthi[edit]

It is totally incorrect that actress Jayanthi won this award for Miss Leelavathi. The article cited conuses this award with the National Karnataka State Film Awards. The first awards in the best actor-actress categories were given in 1968. Please cite more specific sources to verify this claim. Shahid • ^Talk2me 18:45, 24 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Citations[edit]

There is an IP that is constantly re-adding the citations to the table. I intend to take this to WP:FLC and with numerous citations in place a question of copy-vio will definitely arise during the review. Although I agree that a fair usage of quotes add some essence to the article, significant usage constitutes copyvio. Suggestion[edit]

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm not sure this is a very good idea because, unlike the Filmfare Awards, this page does not provide nominations (as there are none) so this is quite a short list which does not need to be broken down into sections per decades.
