General[edit]

My last count, before the last PQC, was 247 PRP's, so I've changed the number to "about 250." Certainly, we'll loose some at the first of the year.

I also changed the word "certified" to "accredited" to avoid confusion with AIP's "Certified Parliamentarian" and "Professional Certified Parliamentarian" designations.
