Freight terminals in Stations table[edit]

Personally, I'm not sure whether freight terminals should even be included in a list of stations for the line, but either way, I have modified the format of the (red) links from "XYZ kamotsu terminal station" to "XYZ freight terminal", as this is much more natural sounding English. It should be noted that even Japanese texts often refer to freight terminals in the abbreviated form of "XYZ FT", so I see no reason for awkwardly mixing Japanese "kamotsu" in with the English name. --DAJF 09:38, 9 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Does the South Musashino Line even exist now? If so, it must be underground for significant stretches. I actually spotted it on a map in an area where I sometimes walk, and I was sure there were no train stations or train tracks. I searched all around for it, and I couldn't find any visible sign of it, or even anything suggesting there might be a train tunnel nearby. I also looked at the Japanese article, and it seemed that some of the stuff about the Musashino South Line was clearly historical background. My Japanese reading isn't good enough to figure it out, but if they tore out the tracks, it must have been some years ago. (I do use the Musashino pretty often, but at each end, and rarely go all the way around. It's quite a mess where it splits at Nishi-Funabashi. Really terrible station, where the same train (sort of) uses different platforms on what seems like a random basis. Nishi-Funabashi is a good station to avoid if you can...) Question about Iwaki Station[edit]

According to the page Iwaki Station, there are two, one in Fukushima and one in Nara. Neither of those make sense to be associated with this train line. Is there another Iwaki station somewhere? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Deville (talk • contribs) 02:55, 5 February 2014‎ (UTC)‎[reply]
