Cause of death[edit]

I have removed the article's mention of cause of death being a heart attack, as it is unreferenced, and IMDB lists cancer/respiratory failure. I suggest if one wants to include the CoD a more authoritative reference is found. Perhaps it is all three causes...--SidP (talk) 15:58, 27 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The Mayor[edit]

I made a change (reverted, OK) which stated that he is best remembered as the devious mayor in Jaws. I only added this, because the term "The Mayor in Jaws" has entered public understanding as shorthand for an irresponsible, ambitious individual prepared to ignore facts to steer his own agenda. There are multiple examples of usage in the public domain (seems to be especially popular in political shit-slinging). Any comments welcome. Hanoi Road (talk) 22:15, 31 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
