It was suggested the article is not worthy to be included in Wikipedia and should be deleted. One thing cited was that Rockford is a town of less than 200,000 people. Note: The Rockford Metro area is over 300,000. Mrs. Fishers is a long established company with a regional presence.
The Rockford Register Star article does exist. I can not make the direct link work, but one can still find the article by searching in the achives.
If there were a Wikipedia penalty for frivolous or uninformed delete nominations, whoever suggested that this article be deleted should have been ticketed and fined. Mrs Fs is a midwest institution Cosand (talk) 20:28, 9 November 2009 (UTC)
