Other Mt. Pisgahs[edit]

The other Oregon Mt Pisgah: What about the one in the Ochoco Mountains? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.175.74.27 (talk) 05:01, 21 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

You're right, and Google Maps recognizes that. (There are still more Mount Pisgahs in Oregon. You can find them in this database.) If you're interested, you could create a disambiguation page for the landmarks. Jsayre64 (talk) 04:33, 22 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
I was just going to say eventually this needs to be a dab page to:
Valfontis (talk) 03:57, 5 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I'd be willing to do that. So I should move Mount Pisgah (Oregon) to Mount Pisgah (Lane County, Oregon), then update links by referring to Special:WhatLinksHere/Mount Pisgah (Oregon), and then change the page with URL https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Mount_Pisgah_%28Oregon%29&redirect=no to a dab page listing the three Pisgahs, right? Except, what about the existing dab page Mount Pisgah? Jsayre64 (talk) 00:17, 6 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Cool. You can leave the Mount Pisgah dab page with the Oregon dab link and change the description to something like "one of three summits in Oregon". Or if you go ahead and create the other two articles, take the approach they did with Pennsylvania. I haven't checked the dab page guidelines lately but that shouldn't upset anybody too much.  Done I don't think I screwed anything up too badly. Jsayre64 (talk) 00:42, 6 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Seems legit, thanks! The dab folks always seem to come along eventually and clean things up. Valfontis (talk) 01:03, 6 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
