It's a good movie, but....[edit]
1. It could easily be argued that Danny did not kill in self-defense. Danny hit Jerry three times with a rock, when one time would have been enough.
2. Mose is an example of the Magical Negro.
3. Most of the music seems to have been derived from Wagner's Liebestod, using the same chord changes and motifs, but with unexpected changes of key. Wastrel Way (talk) 01:48, 7 March 2024 (UTC) Eric
