BLP[edit]

I'm responding here to a request for page protection because an anon was removing poorly sourced BLP material. I'm not familiar with the article, but I've reverted for now to the anon's version. Per WP:BLP, text about someone's personal life has to be well-sourced, relevant, and up to date. Sometimes even with good sources, the subject might want to remove information about family for personal reasons. SarahSV (talk) 23:22, 10 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Seoul1989 has restored this, so I've removed it again and added full protection for three days. When anons arrive repeatedly to remove personal information, that is usually a sign of a BLP issue, which makes it a content dispute, not vandalism, and it's best not to keep on reverting. The sourcing I looked at did not support the content's accuracy or relevance. Therefore, please first of all decide whether you need to add whether he's married and if so to whom. If there's consensus that you do, you need to find up-to-date high-quality sources that confirm it. Finally, bear in mind that the article is about Park, not about his spouse.
