does anyone know about merkur 330 erector sets and merkur electro sets? I have these old sets that were given to me by granddaughter of an American German spy who helped us win World War II by telling us of troop movements as he was a soldier in the German Army. Dietrich bought these toys for his son who eventually became and engineer. They seem to be pretty complete except for one tool in the electric set The granddaughter is a mechanical engineer and she gave the sets to one of my daughters years ago when she was in a "women engineering camp" at catholic University. Laura doesn't use them anymore and my son prefers Legos so I was thinking of selling them.69.140.106.144 (talk) 17:23, 17 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

You may have better luck getting an answer to this question at Wikipedia:Reference desk/Miscellaneous. Good luck.--Commander Keane (talk) 01:48, 18 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
