Fair use rationale for Image:Mercyhp.PNG[edit]

Image:Mercyhp.PNG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

– Mercy Health (Michigan) has rebranded to Trinity Health Michigan, and I have started a discussion to change the title of that article. Once that move is done, the Cincinnati-based Mercy Health will be the only organization still using the name "Mercy Health", so it seems that it would be the primary topic for that name (of course, a hatnote linking to the disambiguation page would need to be added).   • Comment If the other discussion is successful then I may support, but the only thing I see standing in the way of the Ohio and Kentucky one being the primary topic is Mercyhealth in Illinois, as I see Mercy Health being a plausible search term for that.   • Oppose. The fact that one user of a name ceases to use it doesn't erase the fact that they ever used it. Furthermore, "Mercy" is in widespread use as a name for medical facilities, and there are other titles on the page that could be called "Mercy Health". BD2412 T 17:13, 18 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
