Not to be forgotten[edit]

What qualifies a player to be added to the "Not to be forgotten" section of this article? I ask because a known vandal, User:67.81.217.0, has added Jason Williams to this list, and there is no explanation given for what this section means. Simply being a past Grizzly doesn't qualify one to be a notable former playerInvisibleman5108026 02:09, 5 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

West quits Grizzlies last official day June 30, 2007[edit]

Jerry West will attend the draft but has already sold his home in Memphis. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.69.137.34 (talk) 22:16, 25 June 2007

Vancouver and Memphis Totals[edit]

I’ve commented out the Vancouver and Memphis Totals because I haven’t seem another other NBA franchise article with city totals, and they interfere with the {{NBA season record}} format. —LOL 00:37, 1 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I found one exception but I don’t think two is sufficient, considering how many franchises have been established in more than one city. —LOL 00:58, 1 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Location?[edit]

I don't think there's a Chicago suburb called "Dixmoor." I might be wrong.

Fair use rationale for Image:VancouverGrizzlieslogo.GIF[edit]

Image:VancouverGrizzlieslogo.GIF is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Career Statistical Leaders - 3 point shooters[edit]

1,015 made by one guy and 1,528 attempted by a different guy are the tops? That would mean that one guy makes like no less than 2/3 of his threes: that's impossible. 3pointswish (talk) 04:47, 10 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Depth Chart[edit]

Hey, I'm not sure where this comment should go. Maybe a central NBA Depth Chart template? Anyone in the know, help me out! The depth chart is out-dated. Specifically, the "inactive" column. That changes from day to day. Nobody is really "inactive" until the 12-man game roster is announced a few hours before the game. Then the other 1-3 player(s) on the roster are, by default, inactive. There is no more "injured" list, and even a player on an NBA team's roster who is currently in the development league (minor league) can be brought up and activated on short notice. So the "inactive" column is not stable enough to be appropriatedly encyclopedic. It would be useful to identify players who are in the NDBL, but to try to maintain an "inactive" list on a day-by-day basis is not really what Wikipedia is all about. The actual daily team roster is the place for that, although a link that roster is OK for wiki. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 139.68.134.1 (talk) 19:35, 10 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Twolves (rivals)[edit]

It is considered often that the Minnesota Timberwolves are rivals, should we add them in rivals or no? SocialistFootballer (talk) 20:48, 15 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

and also many rivalries are older and not even considered rivalries anymore, should we move them or say it was a temporary rivalry SocialistFootballer (talk) 20:49, 15 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism[edit]

Seriously why isn’t this page protected yet. Toxic Lakers fans keep vandalizing the page to get on everyone’s nerves. Someone needs to lock this page. MidnightRacer06 (talk) 08:03, 29 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
