Name of the pasha and article[edit]

I don't agree with the naming of the article. Mehmet is a Turkish name (It is equivalent of Muhammad in Arabic) Since it is Turkish, it should be pronounced and written according to Turkish grammer rules. So the last letter d should be t. On the other hand Âli is a name in which ^ is used to designate a slight lengthening. It is never written as Aa.The name of the article should be Mehmet Emin Âli Pasha. Agreed - especially on the Aali part. I have never seen this spelling, and it is neither common sense nor use. Either "Ali" or "Âli" should be used in the title. Ithinkicahn (talk) 08:37, 17 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The connection between Mehmed Emin Ali Pasha and Qasim Amin is probably equivocal. The entry of Islam Ankiklopedisi does not stay that Mehmed Emin Pasha ever stayed in Alexandria, as Qasim Amin's father is supposed to have done. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 156.212.29.238 (talk) 22:08, 17 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
