[Incorrect interpretation][edit]

This was found at the bottom of the article page [in all-caps]:

The given interpretation of this decision is incorrect. The court reversed the decision of the lower courts claiming, in the quote above, that if legislators want to make an impact with their laws then they need to make their statues more specific. Holmes claims that because the statue explicitly talks about those vehicles secured to the ground that airplanes are not included in this statute.

Umm, I'm unable to determine what exactly in the article you are disputing! It sounds like you're agreeing with the article yet saying it's wrong. Maybe you're saying that the article is not complete? Sure, that's what the "this is a stub" means. I can find every fact mentioned in the article in the decision (at, e.g., [1]) so I'm removing the disputed tag. Derobert 15:32, 24 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
