I believe that due to the nature and following of this game that no cleanup is required. I will list the reasons for my beliefs below:

The nature of the game is that the whole game is a total secret. The only way to know and learn the game is to play it, and learn through gameplay. That is the design of the game, and discussing any rule or detail of the game, entails a loss of spirit, fun, functionality, and purpose of the game.

There are not many refrences to the Maw online, with this wikipedia article, and one historical website being the major sources. I believe that that is the way it should be and should be left.

Neither articles discuss the unspoken rules of the game (although, the wiki article does discuss the dealers role in gameplay which could be considered an unspoken rule). Due to the design, function, and playablity of the game, I believe that a cleanup of the article is not only unnecessary, it could be detrimental to the game itself.

Deletion[edit]

Due to the nature of the game, I feel that deletion was not only justified, it was necessary. The nature of the game is to remain a total secret from those who have not yet mastered the game. The game should not be learned online. Instead, it should be learned through traditional Maw teaching methods. The less avaliable information on the game, the more impact the game has to new players.

As one of the primary editors of this article, I approve the deletion of said article.
