A note about the "morefootnotes" tag: The monography by Budde basically holds the story of the observatpry as described, actually in much grater detail of course. Hence, I do not see where single footnotes would improve the verifiability, it's all in that book. PS: I not only own that book, but am the main author of the German WP page from which this article was translated (which I wrote before the book was published): Well done and thank you. --201.241.128.120 (talk) 02:10, 21 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
