Move instead of delete?[edit]

Since the AfD came up "keep", can we at least move this article to Making Sweden an OIL-FREE Society, and partially rewrite it to clarify that this article is about what a government report recommended? As it currently stands this article misleadingly implies that there is some form of officially mandated phase-out underway. Gabbe (talk) 16:57, 14 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
