WOW! This article really comes alive now; excellent work. I spot-checked for close paraphrasing, as that was previously a concern, and found very little (one borderline incident I have decided to let go). I did a little copyediting, and am satisfied that this article now meets the good article criteria. One minor quibble though; for the MLB.com references, the publisher is "MLB Advanced Media". Also, make sure that for newspaper references, you make the newspaper title go in the "newspaper=" parameter rather than the "work=" parameter so the title is italicized (or just do that yourself). Once you have done that, I will pass the article; I handled most of the minor quibbles I had with this pair of edits rather than regurgitate them on this page for you to do. So just the few reference issues, and we are good to go. Again, awesome job; I am now really interested in Bumgarner, particularly in his Christian and family roots, which were missing, but now are prominent in the article.
