Boldfaced in singles table[edit]

I have once again removed the boldfacced from the singles table and will explain it further here. Wikipedia:Record charts covers "...using and displaying record chart information in music-related articles." My first removal was reverted with the edit "Not a record chart," which I agree with but the table uses record charts and needs to follow the guidelines on record charts. Specifically: "Within the table, no chart positions should be boldfaced, as this violates Wikipedia's policy regarding neutral point of view." Aspects (talk) 13:59, 12 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't see how this violates the neutral point of view. This is not a record chart. You're cutting and addinc words to make it sounds like that policy should be applied to this article. This just shows the position, it's not a record. Tasc0 It's a zero! 22:48, 12 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
If I don't get reply from you I'll revert your edit. I have to say that I don't agree with you. Tasc0 It's a zero! 22:06, 14 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
The first quote I used is to show how Wikipedia:Record charts would apply to a discography article, so that the second quote is the part of the policy in regards to boldfaced chart positions that should be followed on a discography article. Aspects (talk) 22:56, 14 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
But that policy was made for a RECORD CHART table. This is just a discography. It's not a RECORD CHART. You even admit it. You're the only one with tones of edits removing the boldface from discography articles, where clearly there are no record charts. Tasc0 It's a zero! 22:34, 15 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Here is the full quote from Wikipedia:Record charts: "This page gives some guidelines for using and displaying record chart information in music-related articles." This page is a discography, which is a music-related article, that is displaying record chart information. Therefore this page falls under this Manual of Style guideline. Aspects (talk) 20:36, 17 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I will reply and continue the conversation here. Not in my talk page.
Let's clear something out: This page gives some guidelines for using and displaying record chart information in music-related articles. The chart positions should be organized into one table, and the table should be formatted using class="wikitable sortable".
If you just click on the record chart link, it will appear what a record char should look like. You can see that in this article, neither in Westside Connection there's a table similar to it. Now, if you continue doing this editing I'll report the issue. And like I said before, you even admitted this was no record chart. I hope you understand. Thank you. Tasc0 It's a zero! 00:23, 18 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

<outdent>First off, I was agreeing with what I thought you were saying that this article itself was not a record chart, but this is a music-related article that uses record chart information. Billboard Hot 200, Top R&B/Hip Hop albums, Billboard Hot 100, Hot rap singles and Hot R&B/Hip-hop singles are all record charts that are being displayed here, so they need to follow this Manual of Style guideline. Aspects (talk) 03:01, 19 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I don't care if it's a music-related article. The policy says only y record charts tables. These tables DO NOT follow the record chart's MoS, therefore, the policy you keep naming shouldn't be applied. Tasc0 It's a zero! 06:22, 19 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
