something wrong here: it says he 'surrendered' ; then it says '3 days later he was captured'. Both statements cannot be true. Which is? Thanks Hmains 05:14, 6 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

He did surrender because he thought the Americans were true to their word but instead they looked as him as a felon to be exact "tulisan or bandit" so they took him into custody and was killed during september 7.

Changes and need for expansion re Sakay during the war[edit]

This edit caught my eye, after which, here, I edited the title of that section to echo the format of the previous section and tweaked the content to provide a link to some relevant background info. I would have piped the wikilink to read capture of Emilio Aguinaldo except that this is the initial mention of Aguinaldo in this article. The article needs a new section between tits Early life and After the War sections with info about Sakay's activities during the war, a wikilinkable mention of Aguinaldo, and info about Sakay's rise during the war -- I don't know much about him off the top of my head and don't have time right now to dig info about that up -- as I recall, he rose to high rank in the Philippine Revolutionary Army during the war, but I don't recall any detail about that.
