Incorrect cause of death.[edit]

I'm the "14 year old child" (I'm 35 now) mentioned in the article,

-The cause of death is incorrect, it was a suicide but it's not something we talked about much at the time, so there's no articles to cite for that.

-I've also since transitioned and that's not my name.

Also, why is her death under awards?

Sorry but Wikipedia uses sources not personal testimony, but assuming it is you sorry for your loss especially if it was a suicide as I know how rough that is. The source says she died of an insulin reaction, if that was self induced that could be added if there was a source but it does not invalidate the cause of death. Also the name in the article was Luca and other sources also say her son was Luca at the time. If it is you and you have chosen to change your name later that does not affect the past. Again if this was public and reported that could be added. Lastly yes it was odd to have the death affectively in the awards, just a case of deaths normally listed at the end. I've added a section to make clear. Another option would rename he Career section as Biography and move the death into that as it already included the birth. the issue is, when someone transitions, even in reference to the time pre-transition, you're supposed to use the proper name. 174.88.93.55 (talk) 20:06, 6 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
At this point, I feel like it would be easier to just not identify me at all 174.88.93.55 (talk) 20:08, 6 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
