Name[edit]

Why is the name of the article incorrect? It is only his last name. It is as if the article about George F. Kennan had the title "Kennan". I do not know enough about wikipedia to correct this myself, so i request that someone who does adds the missing first name. --Fah (talk) 10:18, 9 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, that is odd. I've moved it to what I think is his WP:COMMONNAME. WikiData has the same problem, and shows that all other languages (except Ukrainian, including Portuguese) have this same weird naming issue. My guess is there weren't very standard naming conventions when it was created on Portuguese wiki back in 2006 (or the author wasn't familiar with whatever rules already existed way back then), and then when this page was made in English the following year its creator took inspiration from the Portuguese page name.
