Untitled[edit]

The link in "found the trading company that bears his name" directs to the general page of joint stock companies rather than to a page about the company he found. Thus Wikipedia currently has no page about the Louis T. Leonowens (Thailand) Ltd. I suggest giving the companies website http://www.louist.co.th/about.html as an external link below. --Vancouver robin 02:21, 10 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Prang Somkok[edit]

Was Prang Somkok actually Leonowens' wife, or his mother-in-law? She is significantly older than him, and I can find no evidence that she was married to him - and if she was presumably this was anyway a bigamous marriage. Whereas there is evidence[1] [2] that someone of that name was a Siamese aristocrat married in 1854 to his father-in-law, Sir George Thomas Knox. Naturenet | Talk 14:49, 4 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

His mother in law was Prang Yen, wife of Knox.Kitchawan (talk) 14:59, 31 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
