Any chance that someone could rewrite this article in English? - I have trouble understanding it but have neither the time nor the will to bother with it further. It would also appear to contain a significant amount of OR (or at least synthesis) and is mostly devoid of in-line references/citations. 203.59.92.124 (talk) 06:48, 4 October 2012 (UTC)
