Deceased?[edit]

I've tagged this article as BLP because it appears from assorted web searches that as of this date, Dr. Bailey is still living and practicing opthalmology in Rocky Mount, NC. He is listed on the AMA website under "DoctorFinder", although as a non-member. If anyone has evidence to the contrary, please add appropriate references and change it.--Hennap (talk) 05:45, 18 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
