What is going on with this list starting 2013?[edit]

This list doesn't make sense. For example, 2009 contains 18 films, all from the USA. Jump ahead to 2015, and it has 15 films, including 10 from China and 0 from the USA. Firstly, this list should be updated with all of the English releases of romantic comedies up until 2017. Secondly, perhaps there should be a separate list for romantic comedies released in China? Otherwise this list gets cluttered really fast (see 2013 and onward) and most people who aren't Chinese are probably coming to this list to see USA/English releases of romantic comedies. 2600:8800:1284:C100:3176:7E92:6516:C8A7 (talk) 10:11, 22 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

User, you seem to take issue with the classification of some of the films. Please start a discussion here so a consensus can be reached on your proposed edits. You were bold but reverted by me, as your changes were quite large without sufficient citation to confirm your claims. Please post your sources and opinions in response to this.
