Match Drawn[edit]

In my opinion, the reader does not need to be told this information, when similar information is not given about wins or losses. Two other examples I have looked at are Brett Lee and Ian Botham (both featured lists) which do not see any need to give this information. Input here from other editors would be helpful, as it is clear that Lugnuts does not agree with me. 97rob (talk) 19:29, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with Lugnuts. All readers are not familiar to the term. —Zia Khan 20:40, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Fair enough, if this is consensus then I would suggest the other articles (mentioned above, and I'm sure there's more) are updated by someone? Just as an extra point, I probably wouldn't have felt the need to continue to pursue this case at all if I hadn't been threatened on my talk page with a block. 97rob (talk) 21:10, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I know that's not the best way to win an argument, but those articles were both Featured Lists, which suggests that many other editors were happy with the article without the inclusion of drawn. However, if it is agreed that this should be included, then these articles, as well as others, need to be edited to include it as well, as there needs to be continuity across these similar articles. 97rob (talk) 10:51, 8 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
I don't see any harm in including an explanation for draw since we cannot guarantee that everyone in the world knows about cricket. Vensatry (Ping) 11:35, 8 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
