Removed some awards[edit]

As per prior consensus, I have removed non-notable awards (eg Soompi). Shinyang-i (talk) 01:30, 21 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

About the removed awards[edit]

For @ɴᴋᴏɴ21

So this are my "preferred" version:
**Adding Soompi Awards: At first, when my edits with Soompi awards were removed because Soompi isn't a reliable source, I had no objections to that and I also removed all other awards like Allkpop, and Koreaboo awards...But, turns out ALL kpop artists have this kind of award on their profiles (Ex: 2ne1, Big Bang, Twice...) which I'm sure you're familiar with since I've seen you edit some of them, yet you failed to remove those awards. So I'm wondering here, is it really about Soompi or T-ara?
If you want my opinion, I DO believe Soompi isn't a reliable source BUT their awards are actually sent to artists and videos are proving that so I suggest not using Soompi as a source but including their awards. If you don't agree then we can remove the awards, but then we have to remove them for all artists and not just T-ara.
    • The annual home shopping awards are awarded to the most licensed/broadcasted songs based on their popularity which is considered one of the most important metrics for success in South Korea, there are even charts and actual award ceremonies for it. How is it not notable?
    • The DIGI network trophy was a physical award given to T-ara at their press conference in Malaysia for topping the biggest chart in the country, I don't understand why was it removed.
    • GOMTV, the channel that broadcasted the Korean player games (GSL Tournament) was the biggest of its time, idols even used it to measure popularity. T-ara was nominated for advertising the event and attended their "May Launch". Again, how is this not a notable award when T-ara spent months advertising this event?
    • SBS PopAsia isn't managed by fans, it's an international kpop radio that brings kpop artists as guests all the time. It's a legit website.
