List of American animated television series by episode count was nominated for deletion. The discussion was closed on 2 November 2020 with a consensus to merge. Its contents were merged into List of animated television series by episode count. The original page is now a redirect to this page. This seems biased[edit]

What with cutting out Japanese shows from both lists, and only ranking American shows for the second.

Missing shows[edit]

Agreed https://screenrant.com/all-time-longest-running-anime/ has a short list of series, all of which would fit high on this list. 2001:2002:51E9:F241:456D:6178:BCDF:27B8 (talk) 07:21, 10 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Why does this exclude anime?[edit]

Skimming through the archive of this talk page, I didn't see a very substantial discussion on why anime is excluded from this list. Is anime not animated television?

I think there doesn't need to be a complete merge of List of anime series by episode count and this page, but I think this page should include the content from that page. toobigtokale (talk) 02:33, 3 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
