Title needs to be changed

Unless I see an objection, I'm going to change the title of this article. There's no such thing as "Missouri University S&T". It is "Missouri University of Science and Technology", with the nickname "Missouri S&T". To avoid excessive length in the title, I'll retitle it "List of Missouri S&T people". I'll agree to a title change since I'm the one who created the article almost 2 years ago. However, the full name (List of Missouri University of Science and Technology people) needs to be included or kept the way it is now. Corkythehornetfan (ping me) 04:02, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
Based on WP:NAME, I believe "List of Missouri S&T People" is the best article title, with redirects for the full name and other/former names of the university. The article content itself does not need to change. —ADavidB 10:51, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
Right, the relevant passage in WP:NAME is
Conciseness – The title is no longer than necessary to identify the article's subject and distinguish it from other subjects.
On the other hand, we have articles List of Georgia Institute of Technology alumni, List of Massachusetts Institute of Technology alumni, and List of California Institute of Technology people (rather than Georgia Tech, MIT, and Cal Tech). So for parallelism we'd better go with the long form. Loraof (talk) 16:14, 12 August 2016 (UTC)
Done. Loraof (talk) 23:15, 13 August 2016 (UTC)

Dorsey is not an Alum

According to Wikipedia, Jack Dorsey never graduated from college, so he is not an alumnus of anywhere, much less Missouri University of Science and Technology. Apparently he was a student there for a short time, but he couldn't hack it and he dropped out to go to school in New York, and then dropped out from that school, and never went back to university after that. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.251.153.186 (talk) 20:49, 16 August 2017 (UTC)

The section heading is modified to refer to notable students and alumni. —ADavidB 22:37, 16 August 2017 (UTC)
