inline cites[edit]

@Spatms: Re [1], please read WP:AGF.

Currently the treatment of the "Rivals.com" column with inline citations differs from the "Scouts, Inc," "247Sports," and "Scout.com" columns which lack citations. The article WP:LEDE prose for unknown reasons may be attempting to support the content located in the "Recruiting history" section. And there are six stray citations below the section tables which are not paired to any text or context. Ergo, 3/4 of the data columns lack clear citations. Template:More footnotes says

This article includes a list of references, but its sources remain unclear because it has insufficient inline citations. Please help to improve this article by introducing more precise citations.

Unless you believe the article has sufficient inline citations (it does not), there is no reason to remove a template which is designed to improve articles by calling attention to such issues. Therefore the template has been re-added. You're welcome to address the issues and then remove the template, or can ignore the template until the issues are resolved. Breaking the single section into multiple sections with header text paired to clear cites would go a long way to resolve. And that would also address the WP:COLOR issues within the current implementation of the table header rows. Clearly there are multiple options to resolve this. Disputed content[edit]

The current rankings data[2] does not align with a secondary source claiming to aggregate much of the same data.[3] Article is now tagged accordingly until resolved with clear sourcing. UW Dawgs (talk) 19:34, 1 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]
