Okay, everyone. I've placed in a possible reference. I didn't delete the tags so as not to be banned. Listen, My grandpa has been dead for over a year now and I just wanted this to be a tribute. I don't want to have to worry about it continually. So please, I don't know what else to do. If it is at all possible, can someone help me to right a correct reference. It was in the January 7th, 2007 obit in the local paper in White Plains, New York. I don't know the name of that paper, but if anyone does, PLEASE!!!! I want the page just to be up and running. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.225.100.145 (talk) 18:09, 2 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia is not a memorial. Cheers, CP 00:41, 19 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

TO EVERYONE WHO KEEPS MESSING WITH THIS PAGE!!!! I have been looking since my grandfather's death and cannot find any articles on him. Just leave the article be. It doesn't hurt anyone! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.225.100.145 (talk) 22:57, 23 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, but Wikipedia has standards that will not be ignored. Cheers, CP 20:10, 27 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
if you want proof, go find a copy of the January 9th newspaper from white plains, new york. His obit is in there.
That's your job, not mine. The burden of evidence lies with the editor who adds or restores material. Cheers, CP 21:43, 6 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not delete this page! Sources are un-needed! This was written by one of Leon's relatives. Thank you. Clinickid 02:30, 7 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The article won't be deleted - not speedily, anyway - but sources are always needed. This, for example, gives his birthdate as October 18, 1922. —Cryptic 03:30, 7 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I can't find any reference - no news articles, no university press releases, no websites, not even a blog that mentions his death. If no one can show me a reason why I should believe he's dead, then the edits will be reverted in a few days. Canadian Paul 19:37, 17 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry. I know that a lot of people do not have faith in the information posted on my great-grandfather's page, HOWEVER I can not find any articles on the internet written about his death because it was not released to the public. I will talk to Leon's son (my grandfather) and see if he has any articles that could prove what is written here is true. If there are not any, I am quite sorry, but I will just keep adding the page over and over again until people stop feuding over the information. I am honored that you are this interested in my grandfather, but please, stop trying to alter his page, because it is useless on your part.

I would seriously suggest that you avoid appearing to be confrontational. It is entirely possible for us to prevent this article, if deleted, from being re-created. I am having some difficulty in finding any sources relating to the atomic bomb project, never mind anything else, and I really suggest that if you want this page to stay up you address the issues raised without delay.--Anthony.bradbury"talk" 17:41, 20 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
OK, I have verified article. Don't think it was easy. Tags removed.
Well that's nice and all, except the article must have proper citations and all within the article. Tags will be placed back in. Canadian Paul 16:01, 27 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have located United States Air Force correspondence regarding Dr. Leon Davidson in part of the 2020 United States Air Force ATIC data set release. The document control number is C00015243. Text follows (transcription mine):
