I propose that all the article Legaspi be merged into Legazpi. Looking at the content of Legaspi it is clear that Legazpi is the main form (the most widespread and the original one). I've already completed the article Legaspi with the content of Legazpi, so it would be as easy as copying all the content of the former into the latter. As this is a clear case, I have gone ahead and done the merge. It is also not a good idea to leave interlanguage links from two pages pointing to the same article on other wikis, another reason for doing this quickly. I have also made some changes to comply with MOS:DAB:
references/reference sections belong in articles, not dab pages
