possibly add pages/links with some legal maxims
I note there is also a page on the Maxims of Equity. Probably the two articles should be merged as Maxims, Legal and Equitable. MCTWSF 23:46, 7 August 2006 (UTC)
Questions[edit]
1. Does legal maxim have legal status in civil law jurisdictions ? 2. What is the place of legal maxim within the hierachy of common law jurisdiction ?

All legal theory has a place everywhere. What is supposed to matter in court, is what justice in the matter is exactly. If the court doesn't care what justice is, their claim of being a court is null and factually they're an exterminate-able crime syndicate. - DVK
This page is garbage. Why is there no list of legal maxims? Suppress justice much? F**kers. -- DVK — Preceding unsigned comment added by Danielvincentkelley (talk • contribs) 20:32, 29 October 2016 (UTC)
