Underlying case[edit]

This page indicates what the Supreme Court ruled regarding a particular motion. But what was the eventual result of the underlying case? Did it ever make it to trial? Was it settled? Was a judgment ever rendered, and if it was against the defendants, did the defendants _then_ appeal based upon the forum selection clause? All of this information should be included here.
