Arguments for inclusion of this page:

  • The page written is the fruition of web research on this particular company, and is written without any conflict of interest.
  • The builder is a large regional builder in Texas, and has been listed as one of the major home builders in the country by Builder Magazine, an independent sector-oriented magazine.
  • The article includes sources for all of its information, including third-party publications such as the Wall Street Journal and J. D. Powers and Associates.
  • Other private homebuilder pages, including Beazer Homes and Classic Homes have not endured speedy deletion, but rather have been allowed to adjust text to conform to any minor violation of guidelines.

These points made, I would be happy to have someone point out which elements of the page are considered unabashed promotion, and will be happy to edit those sections accordingly.

Updates to this page[edit]

The content on the Wikipedia page in question is notably outdated. 2 months ago, I updated it with pertinent information after conducting thorough research over several hours prior to my posting. Upon revisiting the page after a two-months, I noticed that my revisions had been reversed, and I found myself accused of having a conflict of interest (COI). I would like to clarify that this is not the case, and, in accordance with Wikipedia's policy, it is typically assumed that contributors act in good faith. I kindly request that if there are specific elements of my edits that have raised concerns, they be openly discussed here for further evaluation.

Furthermore, it is essential to emphasize that Wikipedia's overarching mission is to accumulate well-researched and reliable information. In this context, it may be more constructive to retain the rigorously vetted portions of my contributions while removing any aspects that are deemed inaccurate or unverifiable. I wish to provide additional context by mentioning that I am a real estate blogger with a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter, which includes knowledge about the home builder in question and similar entities. Nonetheless, I would like to reaffirm that my involvement does not represent a conflict of interest.Tourdefrance57 (talk) 05:02, 14 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
