Kupres, Canton 10 → Kupres – This page is the primary topic for "Kupres". There are two municipalities named "Kupres" (one in Federation and one in Republika Srpska), but this one is much larger and contains the city of Kupres. Any book source will be talking about the town as Kupres, meaning that it is the natural primary topic, having been a gazetteer item for many centuries, as opposed to 20 years for the administrative divisions of modern .ba. So, to avoid any confusion, we could simply split both municipalities into their own articles and just have the town article at Kupres, and everything would be orderly. --Joy [shallot] (talk) 12:20, 13 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
