Citing books with Cite Web[edit]

This article,essentially written by User:Sheila1988, uses a <ref></ref> citation style in which online books are cited with the {{Cite web}} template. For example the first citation referring to a book cites Smith (1815) p. 24 as follows:

<ref>{{Cite web|url=https://books.google.ie/books?id=dT9IAAAAMAAJ&pg=PA24&dq=Kinalmeaky&hl=en&sa=X&ved=2ahUKEwjbv4GSy9X2AhWFQUEAHQPkC-04FBDoAXoECAsQAg#v=onepage&q=Kinalmeaky&f=false|title=The Ancient and Present State of the County and City of Cork: Containing a Natural, Civil, Ecclesiastical, Historical and Topographical Description Thereof|first=Charles|last=Smith|date=20 March 1815|publisher=J. Connor|via=Google Books}}</ref>

I feel that the wrong template is used and that the template should be {{Cite book}} rather than {{Cite web}} as suggested in WP:CITEHOW for books. Staying with the same citation style, I would think that the example above should read:

<ref>{{Cite book|last=Smith |first=Charles |author-link=Charles Smith (topographer) |date=1815 |orig-year=1st pub. 1750 |title=The Ancient and Present State of the County and City of Cork |volume=1 |publisher=John Connor |location=Cork |oclc=868875051 |url=https://books.google.ie/books?id=dT9IAAAAMAAJ}}
