Jussie Smollett[edit]

Hi Truthsort, yes there can be if there is a reliable source. However a quick look suggests that people are possibly confusing a decision that came "from the office of the Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx"^[1] with it coming from her when she had apparently "recused herself from the case in February"^[2] - However that was from a 5 minute search to find out what was causing the spike in vandalism. Something like this:

Recusing herself would have required her to ask the judge to appoint an outside attorney as a special prosecutor. Chicago Police Union and Police Chiefs call for Foxx to Resign[edit]
