Kertes[edit]
I saw that there are some people who have the last name Kertes. I suppose that it is based on Kertesz, so i decided to be bold and add them to this list. If this is wrong, please tell me. --Amir E. Aharoni (talk) 09:24, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
- I would guess (but not more) that it's correct insofar as they descend from Hungarian-speakers. But the place name Kertes seems to at least have another derivational suffix. I have deleted it for now. It went like this: " * Kertes, the Hungarian name for Prunişor village, Sebiş town, Arad County, Romania". 83.253.7.208 (talk) 13:26, 10 November 2014 (UTC)
